International Roaming
Centennial expands its coverage to other parts of the world: Argentina, Uruguay, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and soon other countries.
We will provide a PIN or security key for a safer service and direct assistance through customer service. There's no activation or monthly cost for international roaming service. You pay for the time you use.
IN DESTINATION Turn on your cell phone and activate roaming service by dialing the code: (*746), for example: 746 + PIN (4 digit provided) + SEND. You will receive a confirmation tone or message.
Using the security pin
Air time at international destinations will be $0.99 per minute plus taxes. Additional per-minute long distance charges will be added to calls made outside the coverage area from the carrier that provides the service in destination; the charges may vary depending on carrier and international destination.

Dominican Republic
For the frequent traveler to Dominican Republic we offer a monthly plan of $9.95. The plan charges $0.10 per minute in calls dialed or received in the Dominican Republic. You can add the service to your present plan or to any other minute plan.
Long distance charges and taxes may apply
Roaming minutes are not deducted from your minute plan. You can activate this new roaming service in US and Canada by visiting any of our location or by calling our Wireless Service Contact Centers at 787-717-9500. Taxes apply.

Access to messages
You can access your voice mail messages in the United States, Canada or Dominican Republic.
To access your messages from your cell phone:
1. Dial your cell phone number including 1+ area code.
2. Press * when you hear your personal greeting, then enter your access code.
3. Follow the system instructions to listen to your messages**.
Follow the above-mentioned steps to retrieve your messages from another unit.
