How does it works:

Prepay your minutes at least every 30 days in order to keep your service active.
When you add minutes to your account prior to the expiration date, the new balance is added to the previous balance and it expires 30 days starting the day you buy it if you buy the $30 PIN, or 60 days if you buy the $50 PIN.
If you use all your minutes before 30 days ($30 PIN) or before 60 days ($50 PIN) the service will be interrupted; you will continue to receive calls but will not be able to dial calls.
You can prepay your account at any moment however, if you prepay the account after the expiration date you will loose your balance.

The balance of the account is available by dialing *57 or *75 from your cell phone. The call is free and will not be deducted from your balance.

You will receive a text message after every call or text message indicating the balance and expiration date for your account.
The electronic PIN and the prepaid refill cards are available at Centennial stores and in more than 2,000 shops throughout the Island such:

Gas Stations: Texaco, Gulf, Esso, Shell and Total
Pharmacies: El Amal and Farmacia Plaza
Supermarkets: Grande, SuperMax and Ralph’s Food Warehouse
Blockbuster
And many other shops identified with the B-simple logo

1.	Valid for new activations only. Activation charges may apply. Some restrictions and charges for change of plan may apply.  When buying, activating or using the B-Simple Plan you agree to the Terms and Conditions.  If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you can leave the service at any time. The cost for calls made from Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands is $0.05 per minute and it will be deducted from your balance.  You will be charged $0.10 per minute for long distance calls to the US (not included Canada, Hawaii or Alaska) in addition to the plan cost, for a total of $0.15 per minute, which will be deducted from your balance.  Received calls are free of charge at any time. You will be charged $0.30 per minute for long distance calls made from Puerto Rico to Dominican Republic plus the cost per minute of the plan, for a total of $0.35 per minute, which will be deducted from your balance.  Calls are deducted from your plan in whole minutes.  Partial minutes are rounded up to the next whole minute. There is no charge for voice mail checking/deposit. Call Options include: caller id, call waiting, transfer call, conference call, blocked or restricted call.  You will be charged $0.05 per minute for using the Call Options feature.  B-Simple can only be used with an electronic PIN of $50 and $30.  If you don't refill within thirty (30) days (for the $30 PIN) or sixty (60) days (for the $50 PIN) after your last refill date, your balance will be canceled and you will loose the remaining balance unless you buy minutes or activate a PIN prior to the expiration date which, once recharged, will increase the balance of minutes in your telephone and will start a new period of 30 days (for the $30 PIN) or 60 days (for the $50 PIN).  After 30 days (for the $30 PIN) or 60 days (for the $50 PIN) you will not be able to make nor receive any call.  If your account has no activity or balance for 90 consecutive days (calls or text messages) you will loose the phone number.  To refill your minutes buy an electronic PIN of $30 or $50 at any Centennial store or authorized dealer.  Once the account has been recharged there will be no returns or refunds.  Refills cannot be transferred from one account to another. There will be a discount of 0.50¢ the 2nd day of every month for calls made to 911, if there's no balance in that moment, the account will be deactivated and you will no be able to make or receive calls. There will be a charge of $1.25 for calls made to 411 plus the per minute charge of your plan.  If you think you have been unduly charged, you should contact our Customer Service department by dialing 611. The call will be free and your balance will not be affected.  Roaming is not available in this plan. Text messages have a charge of 0.15¢ per sent message. There is no charge for received text messages.  There is a charge of 0.25¢ for every sent message to international destinations.  A cell phone with text messaging capabilities is required. Send/Receive messages from other carriers is subject to availability by carrier. 2- Participant stores. 3- Downloading ringtones or wallpapers and suscription data is not available for prepaid plan customers. Data network use charges apply at $0.01 per consumed kilobyte and will be deducted from your balance. The client must have a device with data capacity. Data session will terminate as the account balance approximately shows $1.00.  After finishing the data session the client will receive a text message informing about the data consumption in kilobytes and the amount deducted from the balance.
