You can send pictures to other cell phones; it doesn't matter the service provider, you can also send pictures to an email.
Group Messaging
This service lets you send messages to up to 100 contacts at the same time (Group Service). It also lets you program text messages as alerts or reminders for important events or appointments (Alerts service).
